I’m currently “between jobs” and searching for the “new”. My “new”.
I’m 47 years old, have a family, 3 dogs, a passion for marketing and am driven by a fervent belief in the importance of doing whatever we can to improve the lives of others; through fresh ideas, our actions, our understanding and through working together. And I spend a lot of time in coffee shops…
I’ve not written for ages. Scared that, after taking some time out, no one would be interested; that perhaps I no longer had “the right”, that sharing my musings, thinking they had value, might just be the height of arrogance. And all of that might be true.
But over a recent cup of coffee in my favourite coffee shop I was challenged by a friend to start again. Because being scared wasn’t “me” and that, because it’s something that I love, I owe it to myself. So, here goes.
My blog. If you read it, I hope you like it. I hope it makes you think and laugh. I hope it does have value. And, who knows? Maybe it’ll help me find my “new”…
